Confused

I have been told that the reason why my dog is acting crazy right now is because hes "in heat"(dog is male, not sure how to say that properly without being vulgar). My dog is not a full blood breed, but I am very interesting in breeding him in hopes of being able to have one of the puppies for my own. I see Texas(my beautiful black lab/chow) as my son, and would love to have grandchildren(lol). I see that all of the dogs here are pure bred and costly to mate with. Are there any sites for mix breeds? I would really apreciate it. Thanks for your time.
